The indoor pool is a nice feature and the breakfast includes made-to-order omelets. Unfortunately, the room had poor cleanliness, with hair found in the tub. The games room offered some fun activities while we waited for our room. I was disappointed by the wifi, the signal was very weak inside the room.

The breakfast is fantastic with made-to-order omelets. The pool area can get noisy due to the lobby's design. We enjoyed the games room and billiards. Fridge and microwave in rooms are handy but decor feels dated. a solid choice for families.

The room was clean, and the bathroom also met our standards for hygiene. The beds, however, were not as comfortable as expected, and the pillows were disappointing. Temperature control worked well, ensuring a pleasant environment. Noise levels were a bit disruptive at times, particularly from nearby rooms. The free Wi-Fi was fast, but its connection in the room fluctuated poorly. I appreciated the pool area, although it could get crowded. The hallways smelled a bit musty, and I noticed some outdated decor. Vending machines were available, but a 24-hour convenience store would have been a nice touch.

Indoor heated pool open 24 hours? Impressive feature. The complimentary breakfast was a standout, with real food options like potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and an omelet station. Rooms matched the pictures—clean and comfy with truly soft beds. an unsettling vibe hit when we arrived. The property feels past due for a refresh. Shoddy exterior and a swimming pool that resembled a hot tub were disappointing. Service varied; while the breakfast staff shined, the front desk experience was troubling, leaving much to be desired. Details matter. For a family of five, the room setup lacked thoughtfulness. some areas shine, yet many need significant improvement.

During my stay, I appreciated the easy access to numerous attractions and restaurants, as I found several dining options like Amanda's Fonda and Chick-fil-A to be just a short walk away, and it was extremely convenient getting to parks like Pulpit Rock and Cottonwood Creek Park in under 5 minutes by car; the amenities were great, including a cozy lobby with a fireplace and a friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable, but the cleanliness around the hallways and facilities could definitely use a bit of improvement.

The breakfast buffet packs a punch every morning. Common areas are inviting with a cozy fireplace that practically begs you to relax.
The entry side door was a royal pain to unlock.

The room's bathroom smelled awful from day one, and despite requesting maintenance twice, it never got fixed. It felt like no one cared, and I just wanted a clean place to sleep.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but totally worth it!

A hacienda vibe greets you, with a stunning indoor lobby and pool area that’s well designed. Breakfast is a highlight—freshly made omelets are a delight, though staff could show a bit more warmth. The room was spacious and clean, but had a few quirks: towels on the small side and a shower that lacked pressure. A late-night issue with sheets left us on an air mattress, but the friendliness of the restaurant staff shone through. there’s charm here, even if some areas could use a bit of sprucing up.

The lobby area feels warm and inviting, perfect for late-night chats by the fireplace. Breakfast had a delicious omelet bar and DIY waffles that I couldn’t get enough of! The indoor pool was surprisingly not humid, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of fun.
Can just recommend 😊❤️

We caught all the sports action at Falcon's with epic Happy Hour deals and then hit up the Pine Creek Golf Club for some fierce competition. Rafting was off the hook – we made waves like pros! Best vacay with the crew, hands down.
We would've loved a vibrant nightlife scene nearby to keep the party going till dawn! .

Enjoyed the famous complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets and waffle bar. Falcon's Bar & Grill had a varied menu with fresh American Cuisine, and the lush atrium was a beautiful spot to dine.
Who doesn't love loud neighbors and double-booked rooms for some added thrill during a hotel stay? .

When we arrived at The Academy, we were excited to explore their amenities. The room was cozy and clean, with a flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. We loved the complimentary welcome drink that added a nice touch to our arrival experience. there were some areas that could use improvement. The lack of ironing facilities was a bit inconvenient for us, as we wanted to freshen up our clothes before heading out. the heating and air conditioning seemed a bit outdated, and we had trouble regulating the room temperature to our liking. One thing we did appreciate was the free toiletries provided in the bathroom, although we would have liked to see additional amenities like a washing machine and dryer available for guest use. The absence of a sitting area in the room made it a bit challenging for us to relax comfortably after a long day of exploring the area. The Academy has potential to be a great stay, but some updates and additions to their facilities could enhance the guest experience even further. We enjoyed our time there, but these small tweaks could make a big difference.

Pine Creek Golf Club and Patty Jewett Golf Course are fun activities. Rafting offers memorable water adventures. Something for everyone!
My wife says that we needed more family-friendly activities.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options like omelets, waffles, and sausages. The location was very convenient, right off the interstate, making it easy to reach attractions like Old Colorado City and the Garden of the Gods within a short drive. A great Indian restaurant across the street was a delightful bonus for dining options.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was disappointing, as we could hear our neighbors talking softly. the room's wifi was slow, requiring us to go to the lobby for FaceTime calls.

The hotel breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a chef making custom eggs and omelets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice layout in the bathroom area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and promptly provided hypoallergenic pillows upon request. The hotel's location was convenient, with a cozy foyer to relax in during the evenings.
The initial room had issues, including down pillows that caused an allergic reaction. The check-in process was unfriendly, with a delayed response and possibly biased treatment.

I enjoyed a comfortable room with a tremendous breakfast buffet and attentive hotel employees. The attached restaurant and coffee shop were convenient, and the lobby area with a fireplace was welcoming. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
